Our girls youth (5-18) softball league is designed to teach fundamental skills and teamwork in a fun environment. Equal participation, sportsmanship, and teamwork is emphasized. No experience necessary. Division is determined by player's age on September 30.

• After a season off (FALL 2024), we are gearing up for a successful & fun Spring 2025 season.
• Practices are held once per week at elementary schools’ fields in the Little Neck community.
• Days of practice are determined by the team's coach.
• Coaches will contact parents with specific practice times.
• Participants must meet the age requirements to register in the league.
  

Fall Season:

• Registration opens in mid-[TBD] and closes late [TBD]
• Teams are formed late [TBD] and coaches contact players/families.
• Fall season practices begin 1st week in [TBD]
• Games are held at various public-school softball field locations in the Little Neck community

Spring Season:

• Registration opens in mid-January and closes late February.
• Teams are formed late February and coaches contact players/families.
• Spring season practices begin 1st week in March
• Games are held at various public school’s fields softball field locations in the Little Neck community.

Softball Division Ages:

• Futures: Must be 5-7 on September 30 2024
• Pigtails: Must be 7-9 on September 30 2024
• Preteens: Must be 10-12 on September 30 2024
• Juniors: Must be 13-15 on September 30 2024
• Seniors: Must be 15-18 on September 30 2024

Softball Division Pitch:

• Futures - Beginning Level/Coach Pitch: Teams practice once (1) per week at & play games on Saturdays and some Sunday afternoons.
• Pigtails- Modified Fast-Pitch (underhand kid pitch): Teams practice two (2) times per week & play games on Saturdays and some Sunday afternoons.
• Preteens - Fast-Pitch: Teams practice two (2) times per week & play games during the week primarily.
• Junior - Fast-Pitch: Teams practice two times per week & play games primarily during the week.
• Senior - Fast pitch: Team practice twice a week & primarily play games during the week.

Registration Cost Includes:

• Jerseys, practice balls and gear for coaches, certified officials
